Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Miami. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical - if anything is unclear, please reach out.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In‑stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10–14 business days; items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4–8 weeks.

  • Backordered items: We’ll email you an estimated ship window and keep you posted if schedules change. 

  • Made‑to‑order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Methods

  • Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet to the first dry area at ground level. The driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.

  • White‑Glove Delivery (when available): Delivery to room of choice with light assembly and packaging removal.

Delivery Appointments & Access

  • Curbside and White‑Glove deliveries require an appointment. Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.

Tracking & Updates

  • We’ll email tracking once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery when the shipment arrives at the local terminal.

Address Changes & Re‑Routes

  • Changes requested after a shipping label is created may incur a carrier reroute fee and could delay delivery.

Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival

  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.

  • If damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact us so we can assist.

  • For concealed damage discovered after delivery, see Claims & Returns below.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

Risk of Loss & Title

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our Claims process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships. Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return (see below).
