Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Miami. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work.

Claims & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Open Box, On Sale, or Final Sale

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, used, or are missing original packaging

  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States

Return Eligibility & Window

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise price.

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

  • Original outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials. We are unable to process returns without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email info@eichhotlzmiami.com with all of the following information so we can assist quickly:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Order number

  • Item name(s) and quantity

  • Reason for return

  • Confirmation that the item is unused and in original packaging

  • Clear photos (product, packaging, any issue)

If your return is approved, we’ll email instructions. You’ll need to ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of approval. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label; any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Options

Choose one of the following for eligible returns:

  1. Store Credit for the merchandise value (no restocking fee). Store credit does not expire.

  2. Refund to original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Claims for Damage, Defects, or Missing Parts

  • Please inspect your items within 72 hours of delivery. If there is any damage, defect, or missing part, email info@eichhotlzmiami.com right away with:

    • Order number and delivery date

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the product, packaging (inside and out), and the shipping label

  • We’ll review and determine the best solution—this may include a replacement, repair, spare part, or other remedy based on availability and the specifics of the case.

  • Spare parts and replacements are subject to availability and may take 4–8 weeks to process.

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Keep original boxes, foam, and inserts. Items returned without original packaging may be ineligible for return or subject to additional fees.

International & Non‑Contiguous U.S. Orders

  • Orders delivered outside the contiguous U.S. are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
